Minimum Wage To Increase by Up To 4%
The Government have today confirmed that they are accepting the recommendations of the Low Pay Commission: the national minimum wage (NMW) will increase between 1.1 & 4% from 1 October 2011.
The NMW rates from October will be:

*the apprentice rate applies to apprentices under 19, or in the first year of their apprenticeship
